Rome takes on his own 54 challenge

Alongside the Keepin' It Renal 54 Challenge, a very special young man took on a challenge of his own.

Rome is the son of Chad, who sadly died of the same disease as Ricky, Renal Medullary Carcinoma. We supported Chad and his family when he was diagnosed, and they have remained close to the heart of the Trust ever since.

In memory of his daddy, Rome did his own 54 challenge — including 54 sit-ups in 54 seconds — and raised an incredible £1,000 and more.

Rome, you are an inspiration. Thank you for everything you have done in your dad's memory. 🧡
